"We have lived in Ashburn since 2001. Our house was new when we moved in. Since then, we have had many improvements and upgrades to our home. Working with Shannon Sibley and her Wrought Iron company was a pleasure from start to finish! And the stairs look better than I ever expected! Many times ads like hers in the newspaper are deceiving and only tell half the story. Having not researched the idea of changing our stairs before, something caught my eye about her advertisement. So I called just to see if this company was all that it claimed to be and what it offered.
Shannon was very easy to talk too. No hard sales pitch or condescending comments or tone. She came on time and as promised (that was a first compared to other contractors I have called before!). The options provided for the replacement balusters made it easy to choose from. Again, no bait and switch tactics that would drive up the cost!! We selected one that looks much “upgraded”, but at a very reasonable price. I originally expected to be quoted 3 or 4 times the actual cost.
Installation – okay, here is where I was prepared for the most anxiety. None what so ever! Her main installer was very easy to communicate with and extremely professional. He was very respectful of our house and did a great job cleaning up after the work was complete. More importantly, his work was impeccable! Again, I expected to just live with some flaws, but there were none! It was an amazing transformation! I wish all contractors were like Shannon and they had the ability to deliver great results like Wrought Iron Elegance. showed up in our mail box one day. It had been several years since our last
estimate and my wife had a birthday coming up, so I thought wouldn't it be a
nice surprise if I could somehow get this work done without her knowing. I

way to design the look (Oiled Black Bronze balusters alternating single twists
and double baskets), order the materials and schedule her installation team
